3 or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 oz. jar of marinated artichoke hearts
8 oz. tub (or less) of sour cream
Spray a ceramic container with oil.
Place chicken breasts in it.
Pour jar of marinated artichoke hearts over the breasts. Arrange hearts over breasts.
Smear a thin layer of sour cream over all.
Sprinkle paprika over all.
Cover container with lid.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
