ZT desktop computer

This is a Guess handbag that my sister, Nedra, gave me for my birthday. I believe it is made of ostrich skin. Poor ostrich, but lovely purse! This picture has nothing to do with computers, but I thought it would interest you, nevertheless.

Well, after much consideration, we decided to discard the broken Dell and order the ZT desktop computer from Costco.com. It will take 7-10 days to get here. This is what we will get for $850 plus tax:

ZT desktop computer.

Wireless keyboard and mouse.

No monitor (buy separately at Costco, probably a 27 incher).

Free Kaspersky internet security (we will buy McAfee instead).

2 TB hard drive memory (can store lots of pictures).

16 GB ram.

Free shipping and handling.

Made in the USA.

ZT Systems has been in business for 17 years.

Costco has a 90-day return policy and an extended 2-year warranty for the ZT desktop computer as well as our recently purchased Lenovo laptop.

Several bloggers have indicated their love for Mac computers. My daughter, Lisa, has a Macbook, which periodically stops working. Then, she has to use my PC desktop. In the beginning when this happened, she took her Macbook to the Apple store, but they were unable to find the cause of the breakdown. So, now, she just rolls with the punches and borrows my PC whenever she needs to. I wonder what she will do when she is attending grad school in Nevada next year!

Hi, I’m sorry that your daughter has had trouble with her macbook.. Right now, we have 6 mac computers in our home –plus an iPad and iPod which belongs to my hubby… We seldom have any trouble at all with our macs.. I’m sure that it does happen on occasion because things like that WILL happen. BUT–with a mac, it won’t happen nearly as often as a windows computer… SO–please don’t use that one example as something against the Mac’s… Overall, they are really great computers…

BUT—I know that you all like your windows computers, so I hope that these two new ones will both work for you –for many years.

Wow, you are a Mac fan! Six computers – why do you need so many? Lol. At my age, I think it would take me too long to master a new system like the Mac. I would end up feeling very frustrated.

I’m just catching up on your ongoing computer story.
It sounds like you are in a transition period, from your old devices to new ones. There is always a lot to learn with new hardware, but it’s fun to figure it all out and discover the new toys that come with them. Have fun.

Gigi you’re funny, had to laugh about your ostrich comments.

I think you did the right thing, these days, it doesn’t seem cost effective to try fixing them. Although it seems wasteful.
