Orange Shrimp

Doesn’t this shrimp dish look delicious?  Besides shrimp, I sautéed in canola oil (I omitted the butter):  Mushrooms, shallots, red bell pepper, ginger, orange juice, cumin, and cilantro (I omitted the chili pepper).  Whoa!  Can’t get any better than that!

And don’t forget the CUMIN.  It gives this shrimp-veggie dish GREAT flavor!!!

    I love Cumin. It smells like dirty gym socks but really adds flavor to a dish. The rice is what adds weight, I fear. Dianne

    oh boy I have made this recipe again, it was so good and I think it would be good with chicken, your’s looks so delicious and beautiful too, thanks for the link. you have to have some carbs in your diet otherwise your brain will atrophy. ha.
