Summer Fun Finale

summer fun 001-A

My granddaughter Julia’s summer fun finale was held at Salt Lake District Park Gymnasium.  The theme was “Plugged In,” and the various acts reflected the apps on the iPad.

This is Group One.  Julia is in the front row, the second white shirt from the left.  They performed “The Hamster Dance Song.”

David and I felt that Julia was the best dancer in the group.

This is the entire summer fun ensemble (grades Kindergarten through 6th grade).  Julia is the white shirt in the front row.

And here are my grandkids after the show:  Julia (age 5) and Rylan (age 3).  Aren’t they cute?

It seems like just a short while ago that my daughters, Maria and Lisa, attended Summer Fun and participated in finales – in this very same gymnasium!  How time flies!

HaHa. Any day now I will have great-grandkids participating in something or other. Well not any day. No one is married or pregnant, but we have a few serious relationships ongoing.

Cutte kids and I know you adore them. Ryan has turned into a little man. Dianne

They are adorable. It is pretty obvious that your grand daughter has confidence and verve because she does stand out. You have every right to be proud!

Of course they are the cutest, just as every grandmother thinks hers are.

She is so darling, all into the dance and with her hamster ears and face paint. Her size says 5 years. Her moves and concentration seem more mature. And what a mega-watt smile! I would say the pride of Julie and Rylan’s grandparents is right on target!
