Our new chandelier

chandelier 001-A

David installed our new crystal chandelier himself.  No, he didn’t fall off the ladder.

And here it is in our dining area.

We bought the chandelier at Lowe’s for just $119.  It cost less than the ones we saw at a lighting store.  We didn’t feel like paying $3,000 for something similar.  You really can’t beat Lowe’s for bargains.

That is lovely. Plus it is not easy installing a fixture on a slanted ceiling. Good job David!

It’s beautiful, so shimmery, I should go to Lowes and have a look.

A beautiful chandelier and certainly a bargain. I have one question? Will David dust it? Dianne

What are you going to do with the old light fixture? It looks perfectly good to me.

Very ornate. It livens the room and seems to echo the spirit of the paintings.

I agree that Lowe’s has great sales AND everyday prices that are often cheaper than Home Depot although Home Depot’s website is so user friendly. I can find out the exact price and quantity that is in inventory at the Home Depot store I plan to visit. I can even order online and pick up in store. Same with Lowe’s but I don’t care for their website. The clearances at Lowe’s are insane. Like 70c for an $19 product that they no longer want to carry. Or $2.50 for a classic style light fixture because they are changing brands.
