Wonderful HCC Art Exhibit

We attended an excellent art exhibit at the Honolulu Country Club on Sunday.  Here’s some of the fine art displayed there.

My high school classmate, Suzanne McCrary, exhibited three paintings.  She is standing next to “Golden Gate Bridge” (oil):

Her husband, Mike McCrary, led a wonderful jazz combo.  He is the second one from the left:

There were other paintings that caught my eye.  Here are two of them.

And we were surprised to see Sylvia A. Lewis, who is the widow of David’s former colleague.  This is her “Hawaiian Tea Hedges” (acrylic):

    Very fine art, Gigi. I especially like the Newport Beach picture. I think I’ve been there and for sure I know that scene of the bridge! 🙂

    Great fun. The Arlington Art League exhibits members paintings at a local restaurant named for Mart Cassette. Great fun to have lunch and look at paintings simultaneously.
