David and I decided to dine at 3660 On The Rise in Kaimuki on Sunday night. It had been fifteen years since we were there for Aunty Bobbie’s seventieth birthday, and it was still as fabulous as ever. The restaurant was packed with other enthusiastic diners.
We started with warm, fluffy taro rolls and butter:
This was followed by a delicious crab cake and green salad:
Then, came the Lobster tail and New York steak, plus sushi, mashed potato, and veggies:
We finished the meal with chocolate crème brulee:
What a wonderful dinner! All of the courses were mouth watering and beautifully presented. We loved every bit of it. Best of all, parking inside the building was fully validated and we did not have to pay a penny.

That is what I call a yummy gourmet meal..I wish I was there to enjoy it with you & your husband..Over here in the mainland we don’t have any nice fresh fish places at all, at the coast of Washington yes, but we don’t live at the coast. We go to a cabin and get the food from the sea and really enjoy ourselves..But it is many miles from our home, but we make the trek and enjoy our childhood friends all year long whether it is raining or cloudy or sunny which is pretty rare as the coast, but we love it..Aloha to you and enjoy your dining experiences!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
