Blueberry Cobbler

This recipe for Blueberry Cobbler is very easy, because it does not require peeling or chopping.  Simply buy a bag of frozen blueberries, spread the fruit in a pan, and then pour a batter over it.  Lovely!

BLUEBERRY COBBLER

3-4 cups frozen blueberries

4 tablespoons butter, melted

2 cups Bisquick

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 egg

1 cup milk

Spread the blueberries in a sprayed 9×13 inch pan.  Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour the batter over the blueberries.

Bake for 40 minutes at 350F.

    I love to bake with Bisquick. Also frozen bread dough. We are enjoying cinnamon rolls this morning made from the bread dough.
