Harbor Restaurant at Pier 38

David and I decided to try a new restaurant, called Harbor Restaurant at Pier 38.  It’s above Nico’s, and there’s ample free parking:

Though the restaurant was air conditioned, some of the windows were open, and we had a nice view of the harbor and the weather was pleasant:

These are photos of David and me:

We both ordered Crab cake on sour dough bread with artichoke, tomato, onion, spinach, and Swiss cheese.  It also came with a cup of Kimchee and beef soup:

We both had a good time, and the food was delicious!

Oh, my, that looks SO good. The restaurant is a quite attractive space as well. A good view always adds to the dining out experience.

I would like that sandwich, very much!

Kimchee and beef soup sounds good. Much like a soup I get at a restaurant at Stanford Shopping Center. It’s a cabbage and beef with a hint of sweetness. Your view beats anything around here.

Looks delicious. I love crab cakes. I’ve never eaten kimchee and beef soup. I’m not familiar with kimchee, but I asked Google about it, and it sounds like something I would like. It is spicy, isn’t it? Glad you found a new restaurant. It’s always fun to find a new place to eat.

We’ve been watching the news. I thought about you when they announced that false alert. Hope all is well with you.

We will be staying at a hotel across from the Ala Moana Mall. Can you recommend any restaurants there that have a view and good food and reasonable, prices? Seafood or Asian food?
