These are photos of cats that I took over the years.

Our two cats are dead now, but there are a lot of feral cats on my street. It’s highly unlikely that we’ll adopt any of them. We are tired of cats.

You enjoyed them at the time as we did. We don’t want any now, especially as they may outlive us.

To quote a phrase “BEEN THERE, DONE THAT!” I too am tired of cats and other pets. They were ok when the kids were young, but now that we are older, we do not have the time and energy to take care of pets.

…my daughter adopted a cat that turned out to be feral, what a nasty thing it was.

I have no desire for another cat either, something my daughter and grandchildren cannot comprehend. They keep offering. I keep refusing.

I feel badly for feral cats. I hope someone shows some compassion.

I love cats but haven’t had one in years. I make friends with them easily, though.

You had some beautiful animals. I would love to have an animal again, but it’s not allowed here. Stay safe! Valerie

What a bunch of cuties. If mine wasn’t 13 I’d not get another one for they live so long and I know they would outlive me and that is never good.

There was only one cat I ever liked … Sassy who resided in our house from 1979 to 1998, may she rest in peace.

Thank you for the beautiful photos.
We do have a resident moggy, and love him.

Interesting. I have had many cats over the years but I’m a dog lover so the cats usually became quite canine and would walk with the dogs, etc. But yes, I’d give anything if I could have another dog but no time for a cat.

Awwww. One day I´ll have a cat or two, such nice, cute creatures! One stray talked to me for minutes, another came up for a cuddle. Both were well fed, so, no worries.
Sadly Hubby does not want one and we have real wooden floors, so he might be right.
Thanks for the cute pics, though!

Sometimes taking care of pets by ourselves can be tiring
