Have on hand some Progresso Garlic-Herb Bread Crumbs and Skim Milk. Pour into 2 bowls.
Spray a pan with oil.
Then, dip a boneless, skinless chicken thigh into the milk on both sides.
Dip the thigh into the bread crumbs, both sides.
Place the breaded thigh on the oiled pan. Continue with the rest of the thighs.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.
Breathe in the wonderful aroma.
The chicken will be crispy on the outside, tender inside, and full of garlic and herb flavor. Enjoy!

It’s been a long time since I’ve seen one of those big “gallon” milk jugs that are popular in America! 🙂
BTW, after having tasted milk in Japan…the last time I tasted American milk again I realized that they taste different. And U.S. milk isn’t very good in comparison.
But anyways, your chicken looks very good!
