A few weeks ago, David and I decided to replace the old wallpaper in Lisa’s room and in the dining area. We had a blast looking at wallpaper samples at Z Wallcoverings. Actually, these were for single accent walls only, not the entire room.
Richard Zumbro, the owner of Z Wallcoverings, came by to measure the walls and hold up the samples against each wall for us to see. He then left our home and emailed his estimate later. We accepted it and paid a deposit via credit card. The wallpaper was ordered, shipped, and installed yesterday.

This is my friend Flo’s painting:

These paintings are from Bali:
Aren’t the walls splendid? We are so pleased with Zumbro’s workmanship. We think the wallpaper will last a lifetime, and since it is vinyl, it is washable.

Both selections are lovely, Gigi, and are a good background to your art work.

I now wish I had installed vinyl wallpaper. I like the backdrop for your paintings from Bali.

Beautifully done. I like the stripes and the paintings look nice against those colors you chose. It’s nice that they came to your home and let you see how the paper would look before installing it.

Well, that was a fun project, especially having someone else, an expert, doing the work.

Wallpaper is supposed to be “out,” but you’ve made it look “in” by using it as an accent — and I esp. like the way it’s framed by the wood molding on that one wall. P.S. Great paintings too!
